when i enter script menu through SET button i can't go back with the BACK option|menu item - need to press MENU.
the same option works well when menu script is accessed from Main menu..

That's not a bug. There is no "parent" menu for "Script parameters" menu when it is called by [set] button shortcut. In this case "Script parameters" menu is created as topmost menu.

so maybe parent is null and we want to go back it should leave the menu at all ?

The handlers of [menu] press and '<-Back' event are located in different piece of code. That's why the exit on '<-Back' was not implemented. (Before the [set] shortcut was introduced it was not intended having '<-Back' item in topmost menu.)
