Hi there, i already wrote this in an extra thread.. But forgot to mention some information, so i'll simply repost it here.. (Hope thats okay..)

I dumped the firmware from my PowerShot A410 with udumper:

Dumped the thing trice and compared the md5sums, all identical - the hexdump of the file looks okay, too.

Unfortunately i dont have a decompiler, so i dont really know how to proceed on my own.

(Hope this posting was understandable, my english isnt that good.. i'm from germany)

Accidently the led address I used is the backlight but it worked
