Hi.

I'm getting a G10 in the next few days.
I've read through the Dev pages, I think a promising way would be to use the files from the G9.
I attached a file showing the differences between G9 and G10.
Now I'm reading thorugh the whole stuff here https://tools.assembla.com/chdk/ , let's see...

Hi guys! Just signed up for the forum, I'm too stupid to help out on the development of CHDK for the G10 (well, other than testing maybe). But I just wanted to let you guys know that I really appreciate the work you're putting into this and I can't wait to start using CHDK on my G10....

Keep it up guys!

@Ju:

I'm glad to hear that another person with some knowledge of ASM will get a G10 :)

I've continued to port the G10, I'm stuck...

Loading the CHDK (aka resetcode/entry.S & resetcode/main.c) works fine - sub/g10/boot.c seems to be fine, too - but after exiting boot.c the camera just reboots.... :(

Shall I upload my code somewhere? Do you want to join the debugging-session?

The wait for this one is going to be unbearable...  :(

I have little programming ability but I'm definitely willing to beta test the G10 port.

I have a feature request also: a "stealth mode" that can be used to turn off the LED's on top of the camera. I also placed this in the feature requests forum.

Thank you all for your hard work.

Hey guys,

I'm really interested in giving the G10 Porting Process a new push.
I'll dig in the documentation this evening.

@bratfisch are you still stuck with your reboot problem? did you upload the code somewhere?

I'll throw in another "got the camera but no ASM skills" shout out. Would love to see this for my G10 at some point...

Do you have C skills?
I have very little ARM assembly skills, but if you are good with C you should do pretty well.

Hi

I have zero programming skills, but just wanted to add my support for a G10 port.  I have a G10 so I'd be able to assist with testing.

I'd like to hang my G10 under a remote controlled helicopter and use it for aerial photography. We've recently purchased a r/c system, but it came with a Panasonic LX3 (10meg) camera and the G10 is so much better.

To control the camera remotely we'll be using one of these :

If you'd like to have a peek at our aerial photo project, the website is:

Thanks
Rob
