RAW directly in B/W (Canon G7)

Hi, maybe it's a stupid question, but is there a way to shoot raw directly in b/w without any post-processing for G7 hack? A script, a command... Is it possible? Sorry for the english. Thank you

The raw stores the values of individual CCD pixel, which each have a red/green/blue filter built in. Doesn't really make sense to talk about b/w raw.
