for me is the same as for bobsta, even though i havent't upgraded... 100h is not supported by CHDK hence in a way it should always be more clear that only some certain firmwares can deal with CHDK.
I could'nt tell that when i got the camera, even though making a simple firmware test could had been a way to avoid buying it.
Imagine that, nowadays a consumer won't buy the product if it doenst allow to be really owned 😀
Lets just hope that in the future someone invest time on the 100i, we are lucky that option exists, that will allow a real
G9 port, so far is half there.
