I figured i will help the community by writing the missing part of the documentation/feature set explanation.

"1:ISO" = Change the ISO value from 100 to 3200
"2:WB" = Change the White Balance (all the original plus ColorTemp)
"3:CTemp" = If chosen ColorTemp on the n.ยบ 2 function, choose here the color temperature in ยบ Kelvin
"4:Metering" = Change the meetering type (all the original plus Spot)
"5:AEB" = Activate and choose value for Auto Exposure Bracketing, until +-6.7EV
"6:CF-BSeq/AutoC" = Choose bracketing sequence (standard, under and super exposed or under, standard and super exposed) and set/unset AEB auto cancel
"7:CF-SI Disp." = Turn on or off the display of the red focus dots during focusing.
"8:CF-Menu Posi." = Choose what item in the menu will be hilighted when you go to the menu (Top = always the first option; Previous = Last item highlighted before leaving the menu the last time; Prev/Top (PwrDwn) = Go to previous hilighted item while the camera is on, go to the top item after turning the camera off and on)
"9:CF-Safe.Shift" = In Tv and Av modes, the safety shift setting allows the pre-selected aperture or shutter speed to be changed by the camera if a sudden change in subject brightness renders the exposure unsuitable.
"?10:CF-L.AFButt" = Changes the function of the AF stop buttons (only available on IS super-telephoto lenses).
"?11:CF-Decis.Da." = Add Original Decision Data, some info used to check if the photo is as shot, or if it has been altered (as far as I know, additional software is required to verify the data)
"12:CF-Flash" = Turn on or off the speedlite/flash (even if the internal flash is open, it won't fire if this setting is off)
"13:Shutt.Count" = Display the shutter release count
"14:TimeLapse" = Create pictures every [user set 1-999] sec. Example : 100 x 5s --- take 100 pictures at every 5 sec.
Right - increase time by 1 sec
Left - decrease time by 1 sec
Play - increase # of pictures by 1
Menu - double # of pictures (after like 10 million it goes back to 0)
"15:AFPSelection" = how you can select the Auto Focus Point
Standard = nothing changed from original set
Wheel Off = you can NOT use the wheel when selecting AFP. You can still use the Up, Down Left and Right button + the presets for APF (eg. : set + zoom out)
Blocked = You can only use the presets for APF (eg. : set + zoom out)
"16:AFPoints 1" = set the Auto Focus Point
the AF helping light of my external flash doesn't work when you're using a set that is not standard.
Use left/right in the info menu to move the cursor and set to activate/deactivate the selected points.
If all points are selected in a set the menu will show

this stands for top, left, left-center, center, center-right, right, bottom.
the point where the cursor is set to will be in lowercase. non-selected points will show a blank, with cursor set on them a @
"17:AFPoints 2" = see "16:AFPoints 1"
"18:AFPoints 3" = see "16:AFPoints 1"
"19:Review time" = # of seconds picture will be displayed after taking it. This can now be set to
Hold : display image until any button pressed
OFF: doesn't display any image after picture was taken
1 to 30 sec : display image for user set time --- the maximum values are user settable in the file user_settings.txt, they are not fixed to 30 s
"20:AutoPowerOff" = puts camera into sleep mode. This setting can be set to :
Off: never goes into sleep mode
1 to 60 min : goes into sleep mode after user set time (1 minute increments) --- the maximum values are user settable in the file user_settings.txt, they are not fixed to 60 min.
"21:FlashExComp" = Flash Exposure Compensation. This setting can be set to :
-6 to +6 in 1/3 increments (standard was -2 to +2)

the menu order can also be set and items that you don't need can be left out.
