Sorry for being a bit clumpsy....
I have the S95. But I'm using the CHDK libraries for the S90 (s90-101c-0.9.9-1004-full_BETA). That's the way to go at this time as far as I have understood it from this thread. Have I got it right?
All of the actual CHDK binaries must be built for your specific camera. This is contained in DISKBOOT.BIN and PS.FI2. Both contain the same code, they are just used for different loading methods. If you use the wrong one of either of these, the camera will not load CHDK (for diskboot it will crash instantly, for PS.FI2 it will refuse to load in "Firm update").
The rest of the package just scripts etc which don't affect the core operation of CHDK. You can get these from any port.
Just to summarize the mess I've created (correct me if I'm wrong); There is no AF that is continuous, i.e refocuses automatically during the recording without pressing any button. There is only an interactive refocusing functionality (if it is activated) when a button is pressed.

And last, Is there any plan to implement a functionality like continuous AF
CHDK, in general, does not have plans. People write code and it gets added if it works and someone thinks it's useful. I think this feature is unlikely, because AF in video is touchy already, doing it all the time would be unlikely to work well.
