Search didn't turn up anything for: raw script so I assume that there isn't one like this at all.

A script that would save the RAW data of the next shot, instead of saving raw data for every shot. I don't need RAW for every scene, just those that I want to come out perfect.

I'm not sure if I understand what you're after, but if I'm not mistaken you want to learn how to use the RAW mode on/off shortcut, not a script.
