i extracted all the files on to the root menu of the SD card. In the manual it said not to install it if the firmware version was 1.0.0.0 or 1.0.1.0 and that number looks like 1.01e. So i hold FUNC SET + DISPLAY and i get the info and it said firmware GM1.00B When i go to firm update it said " update firmware version? 1.0.0.0 ----> 1.1.0.0" but in the previous section it said that it must not be 1.0.0.0 and if its writen as 1.01e, but when i checked my firmware it said GM1.00B. I'm really confused. What is my firmware. Is it GM1.00B or 1.0.0.0 (1.01e) Please help.

No, that's not what it says. What it says is that when you are checking the version, you need to find the actual number, not the bogus one that looks like 1.0.0.0. That's all that instruction is telling you.

If you load CHDK with the "firm update" method, it doesn't matter what it it says. As clearly explained in the FAQ http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ loading CHDK this way does not actually update your firmware anyway.

There's no need to bold your whole post BTW, shouting at people isn't likely to make them want to help you.
Don't forget what the H stands for.
