That depends on the size of the solar panel power bank you buy. Keep in mind that you don't have to fully charge a 10000mAh battery from zero.  You only have to replace the current pulled by the camera.

Grant Coady (grant@bugsplatter.id.ua) published a study of the current draw of his A590 under various conditions.  The pdf files are in the CHDK archives somewhere.  What he learned is that a very active a590 camera will draw around 500ma.  Any useful intervalometer script will cut that way down when not actually shooting to less than 200 mA.  So assume you need to replace the energy from a 250 mA average draw from your battery when running.  If you only get 12 hours of usable sunlight most days you will need to average 500mA from your solar panel to keep up long term.

Here's a simple, small, and rugged outdoor panel.  It maxes out at 1A in bright sunlight so might just do what you want.  Or just buy a slightly larger panel for a good margin of safety.
