While the resolution on your last three pics is rather low I think I actually prefer the middle one (ISO400 T=2" 16 RAWs). While the first has less grain/noise it looks overly smooth and has less contrast. The third one has indeed too much noise for my liking.

I prefer the ISO400 pic too! You should try averaging "at least" 32 iso400 pics for comparing it with 16averaged iso80 pics.
Anyway, nice experiment! :D

You can't make objective comparison when conditions have changed so much (1st pic is brightest then 2nd). Moreover RAW average makes sense when shooting static scenes.

You are right, I'll repeat it later indoor with static light.

Moreover RAW average makes sense when shooting static scenes.

The building is static :)
