Are you sure you have the 100 F firmware version in your SX20 ?
It will only work for 100 F as far as I can tell from the SX20 porting thread http://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php/topic,4348.0.html

found it , my firmware is 1.0.2.0 that means i cannot use this chdk? what should i do?

I am not lucky one of the things very important on the firmware is the batery level on screen . Do you think when firmware will be available for me?
