Title: Does remote switch work on a Canon Powershot SX100?
Post by: VanDerWaal on 24 / October / 2008, 09:57:13
Hi,

I'm still gathering information about the feature for the SX100, but I've found nothing about the remote switch support.
Would be nice I've someone could give me a hint. (https://chdk.setepontos.com/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.animecutie.com%2Fgg_data%2Fimages%2F7%2Fsmiley-sign-im-with-stupid-5037.gif&hash=58d84c07a997300fc0b349bc6dc16918)
Tanks a lot!

What do you mean by "Remote switch"?

If you're talking about the USB remote-control, its platform independent.. Means, it works on every cam which is supported by chdk..

Yes, I this here: http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/USB_Remote_Cable (http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/USB_Remote_Cable)

I've read in one description of one camera (maybe Canon S5, don't know exactly any more) that chdk works on it, but the USB-remote yet doens't work on it.
So as a precaution I asked here.
