When you shoot, are you half pressing, waiting for the camera to be ready ready, and then pressing full, or are you pressing the shutter fully right away? Or are you using a script?

I've attached a test build. If you were having trouble with fast presses like this, it might fix it.

If you aren't doing a fast press intentionally, it's possible that a failing shutter button could give the same result.
