huh ? None of those cameras are supported by CHDK, and CHDK trunk currently does not have any tethered shooting support.

There is the experimental PTP stuff, but supporting that will be entirely up to the developers of tethered shooting software. There is no PTP tethered shooting standard AFAIK, it's all proprietary vendor extensions.
