Bought this thing to also record xmas video, found out 4 gig limit imposed. Is there a way to make it continue recording just jumping to next 4 gig chunk as with Panasonic? Had I known that, I would have bought the Panasonic :(

You could write a script that records for a given amount of time, stops, and starts recording again. Of course, there would be some gap.
