Is it possible to add to LUA possibility to call subs by physical addres? something like this:

a=SUBCALL(FFD93604;0;1;2;3);
where FFD93604 - is address of called sub; 0;1;2;3 are registers R0;R1;R2;R3 values.

Or is there already something like this?
Or is it grazy idea?
