sorry about false alarm, all except video seems good again, same video issues as redstorm above, hangs after several seconds and no recorded video

fast ev switching dosen't seem to work, displays on screen when enabled but will not change with with up or down button like my 500

Yes, i noticed zoom switch does not work correct... have to look for it.

also tried to enable user menu, up /down buttons also don't work in this area, can't select menu line for pasting, most likely same issue as fast ev switching

I loaded the latest release CHDK on to my sd500 # 0.9.0-666 and it still provides shutter speed and f stop display at the bottom of the screen, it can't be turned off, no space for it in OSD layout editor??

Uploaded V14 to SD900 and took 20 test shots in CRW format. Canon ZoomBrowser 5.8.0.74 could make sense of one of them but only in preview mode, rest show as broken. Picasa3 did better, processing every other one (all the odd numbered ones came out as garbage).

hm, i have to investigate that a little in chdk source... chdk does not show this on my camera too...

I've wrote it in changelog... Yes, video settings menu und functions are disabled until they do not crash camera anymore...

I've defined CAM_DRAW_EXPOSITION in camera.h and changed aperture_sizes_table & shutter_speeds_table in shooting.c . Now it shows some values.
