http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/Params and Lua get_flash_params_count(), get_parameter_data(), as shown in SCRIPTS/EXAM/paramdmp.lua.

Probably different location for each camera, and maybe it doesn't even get written after each photo but only at shutdown?
