Hi friends,

Nice place and thanks for a lot of interesting info. Now that the 1Ds mk III has some years and are being payable used, more photographers can afford it. I find it very good, but wishes very much to edit the firmware to higher ISOs, eg. 6400 and 12800. The latest firmware is: 1DS30122.FIR, a 10 mb file. Is it: Crack AES, read firmware, edit firmware and update? Which editor or compiler under windows?

What will you experienced CHDK users advice me to do?

There is no CHDK on any DSLR, and there almost certainly never will be. Any reference to any of the existing DSLR hacks as "CHDK" is a mistake.
