Manual zoom in entire SX series with that idiotic wheel is really awful and unusable.
there was great function on my old a720 (with CHDK as well) "focus with a zoom lever" which is missing on SX40.
Is it possible to add this function again? For example, that would be quite handy to use "zoom assist" button to switch between zoom/focus modes.
