Dear friends, after a long time with my A580, i bought a cheap A590 for CHDK. Could someone tell me how is it possible to override lowest possible ISO value? i want lower iso values can be set.

I also wonder how to reach faster shutter speeds such as 1/8000 1/12000 etc.

You will only be able to override the ISO a little bit below the minimum Canon value.
