Hi I've been having a problem with installing CHDK on my sx150is. Now my SD card looks like this. It's not working even though I am turning it on through the play menu. PS I'm running OS Lion.

Your card looks fine.   But did you actually follow the instructions here :
http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/Prepare_your_SD_card  ??
There are extra steps needed to make an SD card bootable,  or to use the "Firmware Update" method of loading CHDK.

Note - the STICK utility linked at the top of that page is a really good way to go.
