the cheapest camera with Li battery  I can buy is Canon power shoot A2500
(http://www.dpreview.com/products/canon/compacts/canon_a2500/specifications)

Can I used this camera with temp trigger ?  I am planning to build 180/360 deg rig with 24 cams (at least...) , set the cameras in portrait position (Vertical) around 3 meter steel ring.

Regarding to build / buy/ barrow no problem ...

It is very likely that all the CHDK cameras with an Li battery have a temp sensor which can be read.
Don't forget what the H stands for.

Important question

when shooting with multiple cameras simultaneously , is it require to set the picture setting (such as ISO , Shutter speed , white balance ....)?  if so how can it be done ?

Furthermore looking at various pictures of the genuine Canon CB-2LF charger for the NB-11L, and pictures of the Canon battery and various after-market batteries, there is a 99% certainty that the A2500 features a temperature sensor connected to the middle pin of the three terminals.

To be 100% certain you would need to look for the associated functions in the firmware.

It is not required but is certainly a good idea. You can most likely shoot in AUTO mode with the default Canon settings and things will be fine.

As I explained in the other thread, with a start-up script.

You could probably also send command over ptp using a Lua script on your PC.

I would like to leave my option open so I consider to purchase Canon A2500 (Li Battery Camera) and build dummy battery powered by external power supply
in this case how shall i handle the 2nd terminal (temperature)? adding resistor ?
create battery similiar to Karmaschinken design ?

regards

Yes.

Either make something out of wood like he did,  have someone make something with a 3D printer, or buy official Canon AC adapter (or cheap Chinese power supply's) for your camera model and modify them.

I have checked the Canon AC Adapter Kit ACK-DC90  and it seems that the temp terminal isnt connected (blank).
I assume it will work without it

Please check the drawing below

That's normal.  None of the external P/S provide a thermistor connected to that input AFAIK.

Here's my Very High Tech implementation of the battery remote on a ACK-DC40 clone dummy battery.

Main point is that (on some cameras at least) it's not too hard to sneak the wire out on the side of the battery. The same approach would work with a real battery, if you masked the original terminal first.

There's more room on the SD card side.

To trigger, you just need to go through a resistor to ground, provided here by the HDMI out.
