I have a canon A495. I plan to remove the IR blocking filter, add an IR LED flood light to "light up" the area, and  turn on the motion sensing script.

Technically speaking the script should be able to detect any motion and trigger as under normal circumstances, but wanted to know your opinion, if you think, the script will fail, or the camera will fail to detect motion ?

Comments please.

The MD code should work properly in this application.
