- Do NOT use CHDK releases made for a different camera. They will NOT work. The Ixus132 needs its own CHDK build.

- Try EOSCard to make the card bootable (beware, "ML" and "EOS_DEVELOP" are for DSLR cameras).

- nafraf has created a blind port for this model, the source code is available from his repository. If you want to help with the development, you'll need the ixus132_elph115 directories inside the loader and platform directories. You'll need to copy these into a fresh copy of the CHDK trunk code.
To build CHDK, you probably want to use the latest version of this utility (note that it will stop working properly in a few weeks due to changes on assembla.com).

ok, after i put the yours files to ixus132, then press PLAY, its running, loading CHDK logo very fast, and then, change to this (see attachment):

PS0: 0x21xxxx <= running text change every second..
PS1: 0x3xxxxx <= running text change every second..
PS2: 0x4207fdf (FIXED)

MEM: 0x18142406 (fixed)
FB: 0
ZB: 0
USB : 0

ok its, running, but the LCD blink every time i press CHDK menu..

shutter speed can up to 1/1000s

Those strings appear because I use them for kbd debug during the port. They will be removed later.
Some functions have been already tested, take a look on gon's test report.

Please test if zebra is working, I made some changes today.

Some functions have been already tested, take a look on gon's test report.

Please test if zebra is working, I made some changes today.

Restart camera
E26"

and then POWER OFF by it self

the LCD is flicker/blinking, battery to fast drop using this CHDK, i have to charges and have to sleep for a while, 4AM in the morning here...

i'll try again after battery is full.

I'm not sure why you are reading that - it's about five years obsolete.

After you crash the camera with this, switch it on again, and make a romlog: navigate to "miscellaneous stuff" -> "debug parameters" -> "save rom crash log" in the CHDK menu. After you have done this, get the file named "romlog.log" you find on the card and attach it here.


To test zebra: enable it, point the camera to something that will cause overexposure (light bulb for example) and press the shutter button halfway down. The overexposed region should blink. If what you see is different, take a picture from the LCD screen and attach it here.

About nafraf's debug displays: it's possible that they do not show anything new, you don't need to watch them, unless you are asked to do so. You might be able to switch some of them off by unticking "miscellaneous stuff" -> "debug parameters" -> "show misc. values".


If you can find a way to reproduce the E26 error you mentioned earlier, let us know. CHDK should not cause issues like that.
