Hi everybody,
I was wondering if there is a way so I can zoom in/zoom out while the basic intervalometer is running.

For example if I set the interval to 10 sec, then after each shot I want to be able to Zoom in/Zoom out so the next shot to be taken at the new zoom level.

I tried some intervalometer scripts and even the simplest one that came with the CHDK itself, but when the script is running I can not use zoom functionality at all.

You need to add a little code to whatever script you are running.   The set_zoom() or set_zoom_rel() functions can be used to move the zoom position.  You can also monitor the status of the zoom level from within the script and use that to control the set_zoom command usage.
