How to remove this CHDK popup menu?

Hey guys.

Can anyone tell me if its possible to prevent this popup menu coming up all the time, when it comes up I don't know how to get it off again, its happening all the time and annoying.

Disable  CHDK Settings >  Menu Settings > Show <ALT> Help Screen  [ * ]
