CHDK has stopped working.

I installed CHDK on my SX40HS without issue.  I took a few pictures and started playing with the features and adding scripts.

I added the Countdown Intravolemeter script (Counter.bas) and used it to make a time lapse of my front yard.  Unknowingly I had set it to record both a DNG picture and a JPEG of each shot. So, as you can guess my 8 gig SDHC card filled up pretty quick.  So, I stopped it in the middle of the time lapse and transferred the pictures. But now when ever I turned on the camera it wanted to start the time lapse procedure again at the beginning and there seemed to be no way to stop it.  So, I changed the script name on the card thinking this would cause the camera to stop the time lapse but now instead when I start the camera in playback mode I cannot get it to switch over to shooting mode.  Typically all I had to do was to 1/2 press the shutter but when ever I do that now I get a message that says ***started*** :) ***finished***.  But that's it, it stays in playback mode.  Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks

Go into the the script menu and turn autostart off.

If a script is running, you can interrupt it with the the shutter button.

You need to leave "alt" mode for the keys to have their normal effect.
Don't forget what the H stands for.
