Hello!
I'im new to CHDK, and i'd like to try it on my new a2500 camera, but i've read that is not yet supported.
any way that i can help to make the CHDK firmware working on this camera?

If you can read through the docs and get a firmware dump,  that would be a great place to start.

I just bought the 2500 today.. Went through the steps listed in the wiki. Turns out that my firmware version is 100a too.. Also, the next step would be to get the LED addresses. Is there a way to do that without the photodiodes/transistors? I couldn't find a way to do that with the dumps.

To get the LED address, you should run a Canon script which scans possible LED addresses. There is  sample script posted here: http://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php?topic=6972.msg78852#msg78852
