Hi I'm interested in installing CHDK on a G9 so that the display screen always stays on. I did some searches but was unable to find anything. Would I have to write a script for it? Thank you.
There's a CHDK menu option that does that, assuming you're talking about the power saving display off setting in the Canon menu. The maximum time until display off on my camera is normally 3 minutes, but CHDK lets you keep it on all the time. No script is needed.
