Aperture settings a560 allbest ver. 50

I would like to modify the aperture settings on my canon a560 but my attempts have not been successful.  I tried SDM and allbest but neither seem to have the option to modify the settings.  On the CHDK wiki page i read something about allbest ver 15 and on not having that option, if so does anybody have allbest ver. 100a-14 I would really like to be able to change the aperture settings.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The A560 does not have a physical aperture diaphragm.

The only thing you can do (with AllBest at present) is swing-in a neutral-density filter.

Thanks a lot ! so that is the reason i dont have that option in my camera.  One thing im still a bit confused with is the difference between the subject distance option and the F-stop settings whats the difference between both ?
