I am very new to this and need help. I have a Canon Sx510Hs 1.01A is there anyway I can add scripts and if so how. I would like to unlock my ISO at long shutter and more things if someone would help I would really appreciate it.

You really need to do some reading and experimenting and then come back here and ask questions about things you still don't understand.

Thanks I have looked and read over but my camera isnt on the firmware site. Does this mean I can't do it?

The SX510 build 101a definitely IS available - but only as a trunk (CHDK 1.3) build not a stable (CHDK 1.2) build. That shouldn't matter at all.

Having a problem with motion script, once it shoots it continues to shoot without any motion. Any ideas how to fix this?

A couple of other observations, make sure the AF assist lamp is off, and try locking auto-focus at the distance you require.
