The sale is too good to be passed.

I am using multicopters for my Aerial Photography Business
Model A2450 must not be so different from A2400.

A2400 is OK for CHDK, who knows for A2450...

Do you think I can take a chance on it ?

Typically,  when a Canon model has a small change in the least significant digits of the model number,  and there is no information about that model on the regular Canon and photography review websites,  then its just a locally rebadged / branded version of the camera,  sometimes with a different case color or accessory pack.

I'd say your chances of it being the same firmware as an A2400 are pretty good. 

But as always, there are no guarantees.

Just a note: none of the newer A series PowerShots provide live video feed (video out) in record mode. If you need that, choose a different camera.
