Hi,
 want to assign flash exposure lock to a button and exposure lock to another one (impossible with Canon firmware). Will I be able to do this with CHDK? Thanks much

Not with CHDK as it comes in the standard download.  If you put together a build environment to compile your own version from the source code, you might be able to do it.

Thanks for your reply. Do you think I could pay someone to do this? In fact, if we could also get manual controls for video shooting there would be thousands of people out there wanting this. Thanks
