Hello All;
My Canon SX-40 HS camera has bracketing capability as a standard feature, however it only saves these images as JPG's.
I have now installed CHDK on the camera and am able to save images in the DNG format.
The problem that I have is in getting the bracketing function working within CHDK, I have spent several hours setting up this and other functions but nothing is working in regards to bracketing.
I am sorry but I am missing something somewhere, as it now stands I am able to take a one picture on my camera after making the changes to CHDK and the camera just hangs after taking a test Image. I have to remove the battery to get the camera functioning again. If I remove the settings within CHDK that I set the camera functions fine. So somewhere I have made a error!
What I want to do:
I would like to be able to shooting 3 images (+2, 0, -2 ) with the camera set to AV.
I will be using a tripod for these shots as movement could be an issue.
I want the output from the camera in a RAW format (DNG).
I can do this already minus the DNG file structure with my Canon SX-40 HS camera already.
Please bear with me as I am new to CHDK as you might guess and I have spent time with the users manual prior to asking this question.
Best Regards
Al
