Can you let us know which previous version did work?
With version trunk3230 it goes. I do not know at what point it does no longer work. I only wanted to switch to the latest version.
Also please check the free memory under "show memory info"

When you say "no RAW image is saved" do you mean no raw is saved even if you use DNG 1.3 or CHDK raw?
Yes!
Creating badpixel is not expected to save a raw file.
If I try to create badpixel.bin, nothing happens. It remains the the menu. I can turn off the camera yet. To start it again I have to remove the battery before.
When you updated did you download the full version and replace all files on your SD card?
You need the updated modules (in the CHDK diretory) from the full build, as well as the core boot file (diskboot.bin).
