Hello:
I am just wondering if you guys found that CMOS sensor works better than CCD sensor with CHDK.
OR their Raw picture quality difference aren't that much noticeable?

Sensor type really doesn't affect the CHDK code in any way.

The value of RAW on the little sensors used in Canon P&S cameras ( CMOS or CCD ) continues to be the subject of some debate.   There is no definitive answer AFAIC .. if RAW lets you do the things you think you want to do, then RAW is good.   For the most part though,  I think its fair to say that there is a lot of very skilled work needed to convert a CHDK RAW/DNG image into something better than what the camera can product in jpg format.
