A2600 porting

I'd like to get A2600 ported, but the learning curve seems a bit steep for me. I don't understand how finding an LED address "helps" and I can find them using a photodiode?

I have firmware 100c which is the same as the dump. I think using the A2500 port as a base would be a good idea, but I'm not really sure how to go from there. If a dev wants to help out I can send a camera your way.

I started a blind port for A2600 100c. Source code is available here.

Hi, I've got an A2600 (100d firmware). Is there anybody working on this? I will be pleased to give a try to the test version of your firmware.

There is currently no port available for this camera.  If and when a port is release, it will certainly support USB remote control and multiple camera synchronization just like every other CHDK port.

Attached is a test build and its source patch for the 100c and 100d firmware revisions.
It's essentially equivalent to the a2500 port as the only difference between the two models is the LCD screen.

The test build times out in 14 days. I'd like to ask testers to run tests and give feedback. Without feedback this port will never get an official release.

The test build can only be used with the "bootable card" method. STICK can be used to install this unofficial release.

edit:
test build removed
