unwanted lens correction

.jpg Images of my SX150 IS are corrected for lens curvature, resulting in a strait horizon, BUT with substantial BLURRING along the edges, and a slight reduced field of view in comparison to .dng images.
Since RAW images are not lens corrected, I was wondering if it is possible to shoot .jpg images that way too? This would be of great help to obtain overall sharp images in case horizon-curvature does not matter (e.g. astro-photography)! I would be very thankful for any suggestions!!! :)

Kind regards,

JayB

Generally it's not possible. CHDK has no influence of the jpeg engine. The only way is the RAW/DNG function.
