I have the same result when shooting raw.  :'(

garden, term port and takes raw photos, upload it would be good to all.

I tried toupload the raw image but the site does not allow me but I found out that the two first photos are very bad but after the third photo they seems to be alright. Any idea?

Have you taken several pictures? Are the others distorted like the one you posted?
Do you want to test this ?

dng at 601 appeared to me something, the rest is garbage, also shoot in raw, pure garbage

The raw hook(s) might be at the wrong place, raw data gets randomly overwritten with JPEG(?) data.
If it wasn't mentioned before: try using P, Av, Tv, M modes, and test whether waiting/not waiting for AF to succeed has any effect on raw. Also, try setting smaller picture sizes (S, M).
Wide angle raw images will be heavily distorted due to the lens, it's nothing unusual.

use other modes, to a S, M image and get the same image with distortion.

I also tested in other modes  and small size picture and the behavior is the same.
The first two shots produce two bad images and others pictures come out good.
The bad pictures some times come with part of the real image. Other times come with completely rubbish.
It seems to be a memory problem or the sensor still did not completely outputted the image.
