Hi,

I think that the better way to take pictures for me, would be shooting with the EVF with all the info and then review the picture without the info with the LCD display. As with a DSLR.

But the canon sx50hs camera doesn't let me do it.

It would be great if the chdk let me shoot this way.

Maybe, if at least the CHDK would let use the EVF and the LCD at the same time, my wish would be granted...


Am I the only one who wish shoot this way with a bridge camera?

What you are describing is not supported by CHDK as it would require hacking into the Canon OSD routines.   Its probably technically possible,  but AFAIK nobody has tried it.
