Hi ,

So i wrote the script that will be able to go from the current object distance to a destination pre define distance .

that can you can easily use and get something like that:

Is it possible somehow to "scan" a distance lets say from 0 to 5000 and mark the distance that 80% of the frame is in focus ?
basically i need just a function that call tell for a given distance if it is in focus.

I tried to search but did not find.

In your script, set focus override to a very close value (I think 1mm should work).

Then, read what the focused value actually is (from the sensor or lens).
