i use a sx1is and i've finish updating my firmware, now i got card trick and i just did what the instruction told me to, and now....
the "update firmware" doesn't come up even if i put the sd card into lock mode,
i have a adata 4GB turbo class 6

There are two methods of booting CHDK :  Firmware Update and SD Card Lock

Apparently the Firmware Update method does not work with the sx1is.  See : http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/SX1

So you need to use the SD Card Lock method.   More info here :  http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/Prepare_your_SD_card

I would highly recommend using the STICK tool linked at the top of that page rather than CardTricks.
