Can't download GCC ENVIRONMENT for CHDK

 Can somebody please reupload & post another link to gcc environment for chdk which is needed for compiling CHDK
 under Windows. The present link on the zshare is very slow (1KB/s) and gets frequently disconnected before download 
 completes!
 Actually I had downloaded it one month before after 6 repeated attempts (these failed because I got disconnected in
 the middle and received message "The connection with the server was reset",this link is so bad :'() but have deleted it accidentally!               
 (All other links in zshare appears OK to me,so I can't blame my ISP)
 

Edit: Just now having 30KB/s speed,and praying to God so that connection is not reset  :)

Just checked.... I have 35-45KB/s download speed of that file.
