CHDKLover and me testing even a new version of symbol-mod.  :)

The new mod contains symbol-arrows after the menu text and any new symbols. We need a little bit time to make a test version for all here.

msl

Now, tonight I have compiled a new "final" Build of the Symbol-Mod. :D You can download it (see link in my startpost on page 1) and after some tests, you can give me a feedback.

I hope you will like it and in the future it could be in trunk. ::)

what did you change? by adding a small changelog you can get people respond faster as they know exactly what to look out for :)

Hm. The "back" arrow is shown on some script parameter entries. And they increase in number, as scripts are loaded.

Now I have fixed the bug and include some missing symbols. A new Testbuild, symbol-file and diff-file are available!

by the way i'm still wondering why i had some colored symbols in the menu, the one for zebra mode for example. msl said in pm it is having to do with some kind of moire effect, at least on my s3is (having to do with screen resolution and the dpi of the font and stuff). it DOES look like intended colors though! i will take a picture of it as soon as i have some time on my hands.

Yes PhyrePhoX,
it is a very interesting effect, a just create a symbol, I attached, and the result was a beautiful color gradient. You can vary the colors with the symbol front-and background-color.

Hallo PhyrePhoX,
I've create a little testfont.

Yes, maybe we can use this effect, but the colors are vary. And maybe it's screen (LCD) dependent!?

will test it as soon as i have time on my hands (at the moment it's the other way round: got too many hands on my time now :D)
yeah, it probably is lcd dependent. you'll get my s3is feedback soon :)

tested it, my lcd is on LSD now. gonna make a screenshot sometime so we can compare the colors (if they somehow look the same).
