Problemi to instal countdown intervalometer

I installed CHDK on the Canon Powershoot s110  and I watt to add the script "countdown intervalometer" . I saved "counter.bas" file in CHDK/SCRIPTS But I could not upload the file, I can not log in "load script file form ..."
PLEASE HELP ME

This is usually caused by an incomplete or incorrect installation of CHDK.  You are likely missing some required files.  What instructions did you follow?

Use of the STICK Utility to install CHDK is highly recommended.

using stik I was able to install CHDK and intervalometer countdown. now they work correctly.
