yes, the new version  I am putting on has this compensation: (the delay between shots gets shorter if the exposure gets longer) but anyway the problem stays if exposure is greater than the specified interval: the interval goes to 0 but anyway the shots will be more spaced in time due to exposure itself.

Yes I bought it and use it for my S3 that's how I get 8 or more hours of pictures taken every 10 seconds without worrying about batteries. I come back home at noon set the thing up and go back to work... and harvest the pictures later !

Thanks to fbonomi for this great script - i've used it a bunch and have gotten the hang of it.  I shot this timelapse over the weekend at the docks on Wards Island, a quick ferry ride away from downtown Toronto.

I anchored my SD870is on the dock railing set sunset4.bas going after setting the parameters. The exposure ranges from 1/320th @ F8 to 0.8 seconds @ F2.8, ISO 80.  The timelapse was built from 860 5-megapixel frames taken from 5:58pm to 7:14pm.

Available in HD for your visual pleasure.

Hi,
Can anybody let me if any of you are successful with intervalometer on S5 IS?
I installed it on my S5, when I run the script it is shuts down my camera, without retracting the lens.
Please help me out on this.
I am so excited to try time-lapse/intervalometer scripts on my camera..

I have got it. I modified the script, because there is a command which is not supported by digic III processor.
So I removed it and its fine now.. Thanks to CHDK and all the contributors.

If you let us know what you changed, that might help others :)

It should be possible to put an if in the script so it works out of the box.
