Hi!  Ive downloaded software for camera from mighty-hoernsche.de onto card.  I get a flash that chdk is on camera when i start it with play button and change to new firmware release.  But when i press the alt button it doesnt give me the lttle alt at bottom that allows me to get main menu.   One time it did and i got in but since then it doesnt work. Ive done 2downloads same thing. Any ideas?  Thanks

I have an sx50 and CHDK works properly every time. If you are seeing a logo on load the your download is fine.   

What button are you pressing ?

Also, you need to press quckly and release. If you hold the button down for more that 1/2 a second,  it will revert to its original function.
