For PowerShot cameras with mini HDMI ports, is there a way to force a LiveView out via HDMI?
Great video advances have been made in the MagicLantern project in the past 12 months, I was hoping CHDK may benefit from some of these discoveries? RAW 720P video?

This thread may be relevant http://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php?topic=11439.0 not sure if it has been tried with an HDMI cam, but note "Bad news: it's unusable in practice (using the current method)"

There is no active development in this area.
